About the opportunity
We are looking for customer service superstars to join our vibrant Client Care teams. These fast moving phone based roles are essential to delivering outstanding service, managing inquiries, and supporting business operations.
Whether you’re assisting advisers, supporting customers, driving retention, or handling complex administration tasks, you will make a real difference by helping customers and advisers navigate their needs and achieve their goals.
What you will do:
Provide exceptional service via inbound and outbound phone calls to advisers, customers, and internal stakeholders.
Act as the primary point of contact for inquiries, delivering clear, accurate information on policies, products, and processes.
Manage and resolve requests efficiently, escalating issues where appropriate to ensure timely outcomes.
Support retention initiatives by engaging customers, addressing concerns, offering solutions, and advocating on their behalf.
Coordinate tasks across teams to maintain seamless workflows and deliver operational excellence.
Perform key administration and system-based tasks to support business functions such as new business processing, distribution care, client care, and adviser support.
Maintain accurate records and documentation to ensure compliance and data integrity.
About you
To be successful, you will have:
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage professionally and empathetically over the phone.
Customer-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and adapt to varying tasks and priorities.
Attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when handling administration and system tasks.
Experience in a phone-based customer service or operational support role is desirable but not essential. Full training will be provided.
Proficiency with computer systems and willingness to learn new technologies.
