Since 2011, we’ve grown from a small start up into an award winning and trusted insurer known for doing things differently. Today, as part of the global insurance Dai-ichi Life Group, we carry forward a legacy that spans over 100 years. Parental Leave
We’re here for growing families. Eligible primary carers receive paid parental leave, with KiwiSaver contributions maintained and annual leave continuing to accrue. We also provide up to 10 days of paid medical appointments, transition and return‑to‑work support, and top‑ups to bridge the gap between government payments and your usual pay. Secondary carers receive two weeks of fully paid leave.
