About the opportunity
We are seeking a motivated Claims Administrator to join our busy and friendly Claims team, supporting the administration of Medical and Risk insurance claims.
You will support the end‑to‑end administration of Medical and Risk claims, ensuring claim information, payments, and decisions are processed accurately, recorded clearly, and managed in line with our claims philosophy, SLAs, and regulatory requirements.
You will work closely with clients, advisers, and internal stakeholders, providing clear, fair, and empathetic communication throughout the claims process. You’ll also contribute to a collaborative team environment, supporting shared learning and continuous improvement across claim types.
As Claims Administrator, you will
Administer Medical and Risk claims accurately and efficiently, including invoice loading, benefit entitlement calculations, and payment processing
Maintain complete and accurate claim records across systems
Manage follow‑up activities to ensure all required information is obtained and claims progress appropriately
Respond to client and adviser queries in a timely, professional, and empathetic manner
Ensure claims processes, turnaround times, and quality standards are consistently met across both claim portfolios
Support internal and external audit requirements through strong record keeping and compliance

You will demonstrate:
Experience in administration and/or insurance‑related roles
High levels of accuracy, attention to detail, and accountability
Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines and SLAs
Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
Confidence engaging with clients, advisers, and internal stakeholders
Sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access)
Commitment to confidentiality, fairness, and quality outcomes
