About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Financial Adviser to join our highly collaborative Distribution Team. You will play a pivotal role in helping our customers navigate their life and health insurance needs. You will deliver expert advice and tailored product recommendations for both personal and business customers, using virtual channels and supported by leading tools and technology.
You will also contribute to the growth and success of a high-performing team while continuously developing your own professional skills.
As a Financial Adviser, you will:
Provide high-quality, customised advice to new and existing customers, primarily through virtual interactions.
Deliver insurance recommendations that align with customer needs, goals, and changing circumstances.
Build and maintain effective customers relationships
Manage the application process from discovery through to completion, including medical and financial requirements.
Ensure all advice and documentation complies with legislative, regulatory, and company standards.
Contribute to a strong team culture by working collaboratively and sharing expertise.
About you
You are a growth-driven professional preferably with experience as a Financial Adviser within financial services, or in a client-facing sales role. You are proactive, solutions-focused, and motivated by building strong relationships, identifying opportunities, and delivering meaningful outcomes for your clients.
You are confident working independently, as well as part of a collaborative team. You are also committed to continuous improvement & development and upholding the highest professional standards.
Other attributes that may help you succeed in the role:
NZ Financial Services Level 5 accredited – Insurance
Financial Adviser status with a current FSP number (or actively working towards this)
Ambitious and driven to achieve success, create opportunities, and deliver outstanding outcomes for clients and our business
Ability to manage the full customer journey, including policy applications and service requests
Technology savvy, with working knowledge of MS Office, SharePoint, and CRM tools
Strong time management and prioritisation skill
