About the opportunity
Partners Life is on a growth journey, and our People & Culture team is busier than ever. We are looking for a motivated Recruitment and People & Culture Coordinator to join our friendly People & Culture team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to build a career in Talent Acquisition or People & Culture.
Working across Talent Acquisition and the wider People & Culture function, you will play an important role in ensuring our people processes are well organised, delivered to a high standard and create positive experiences for both candidates and employees. You will support recruitment activity, learning and development initiatives, internal communications, team administration and a range of People & Culture projects.
You will:
Coordinate interviews, candidate communications and recruitment activities across the end-to-end hiring process
Support advertising, reference checks, pre-employment checks and onboarding activities
Provide coordination and administrative support for OD initiatives, including setting up learning sessions, workshops, engagement activities and development programmes
Maintain accurate LMS, survey and programme tracking records, including attendance, participation, reporting and follow-up actions
Assist with internal communications, employee engagement activities and People & Culture projects
Maintain accurate recruitment and People & Culture records while ensuring confidentiality is protected
Contribute to process improvements, knowledge management and the effective use of technology and AI-enabled tools
About you
You are highly organised, proactive and confident in talking to people. You have exceptional attention to detail, strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities while working at pace in a fast-moving environment. You are comfortable using AI and willing to learn how to leverage it to help you and the broader team. You take pride in delivering accurate, high-quality work to deadlines, even when priorities change.
You may already have experience in administration, coordination, customer service or recruitment support, or you could be looking for an opportunity to take the next step into a People & Culture career. Most importantly, you bring a positive attitude, a willingness to learn and a genuine desire to help others succeed.

Previous administrative, coordination or support experience
Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Ability to multitask, manage competing priorities and work effectively at pace in a fast-moving environment
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Proficiency using Microsoft Office, AI and learning new systems and technologies
A proactive, growth mindset with the ability to take ownership and use initiative
A collaborative approach and willingness to support the wider team wherever needed
